Upgrade your collection in style. With our Signature Exchange, you can trade in a ring originally purchased from us after 1 year in exchange for one of our pre-owned rings of your choice for only our exchange fee of 650 DKK.

Can I try the ring before I pay?
Yes, you can pay 30 days later with Klarna for free when you use Klarna at the checkout counter. Klarna also protects you as a buyer and you will not need to pay if there are any issues.
Why is your selection of rings so small?
We only sell 3 to 5 different rings at a time because they are unique luxury items with modern amazing design. It is a specifically curated selection so each of our customers gets a very unique ring.
Why is there only one size available for each ring?
Because each ring is unique and comes with its own certificate from a highly regarded expert diamond jewelry grading lab.
The standard size that fits most women is size EU 54 or 55. Therefore we only provide sizes in this range. We do not offer resizing because the standard size provides a higher trade in value for the ring and we are able to ship it to you in 1-2 days.
Is the jewelry certified and made from solid gold and diamonds?
Yes, we only sell jewelry that is made from solid 14kt or 18kt gold with real diamonds - lab-grown or natural diamonds which is stated on each product. Each ring comes with its own certificate.
When will I get my order?
We usually ship your product within 1 working day. Once your order has shipped, you will receive an email with further information. Delivery times in Denmark is between 1-3 working days. Insured shipping with Postnord is free.
What is the return policy?
You can return the item within 30 days of purchase for any reason as long as it is in its original new condition. The buyer will pay the return shipping fee. Other conditions apply if the item received is damaged. See our Terms of Service.

How does the Signature Exchange trade in concept work?
Any customer who purchases one of our Milestone Selection rings are eligible to trade in the ring after 1 year when they buy a new ring from us and receive a reduction in price. The better condition the ring is in, the higher the price reduction of the new ring will be. See more information and terms here.
