Rings are reused and kept in circulation rather than sitting unused.
Only customers with a ring that is eligible for our Signature Exchange gets access to our Signature Exchange Selection of pre-owned rings.
Your ring must be purchased from us and it must be more than 1 year ago. In order for your ring to be eligible for a Signature Exchange it must be in "Excellent Condition".
Your ring may qualify as excellent condition if it meets the following:
• Diamond or gemstone is intact
No chips, cracks, or visible damage to the stone.
• Setting is secure
The stone sits firmly in the setting and does not move when gently touched.
• Prongs are intact
All prongs are present and not bent, broken, or significantly worn.
• Normal surface wear only
Minor scratches from everyday wear are acceptable, but there are no deep scratches, dents, or structural damage.
• Ring shape is intact
The band is not bent, warped, or misshapen.
• No previous resizing, engraving or repairs
The ring has not been modified, engraved or repaired. The ring must come back in its original size as it was sold to you.
This self-assessment is only a guideline.
All rings submitted to the Signature Exchange program will be inspected by our team before the exchange is approved.
Your ring must be purchased from us, it must be more than 1 year ago and your ring is in excellent condition. Please fill out this form for us to evaluate if your ring is eligible for a Signature Exchange.
It will take up to 5 working days for us to evaluate the condition of your ring based on the photos you send. If we find that the ring is eligible we will send you a confirmation on the email that you provided in the Signature Exchange Request form above.
If your ring is eligible for an exchange you will receive access to our secret Signature Exchange Selection of pre-owned rings all in excellent condition that can only be seen when you are logged in with your email. From there you can choose the ring you would like to acquire in exchange. If you do not like any of the rings you are not obligated to go through with the exchange and you can keep your existing ring.
If you do like a ring and want to acquire it press "Acquire" on the product. It will be added to cart and the cost of the exchange fee will be paid at checkout. After checkout the ring will be taken out of the selection and reserved for you. You will receive an order confirmation and a shipping label for your existing ring. Next is time to exchange the rings.
After you have chosen the ring you would like to acquire and it is reserved for you it is time to use the provided shipping label and ship your existing ring to us.
Once we receive your ring our expert team will confirm that it is in fact in excellent condition. Once it has been confirmed to enter our Signature Exchange Selection we will ship your newly acquired ring to you within 1-2 days.
Once you receive your new ring a new period of 1 year begins until you could exchange your ring again if eligible.
If the ring is not in excellent condition the ring will be returned to you and the shipping fee deducted while the rest of the money is returned to you. Please be aware that once your ring is accepted into the Signature Exchange Selection it can no longer be returned to you as someone else might be acquiring it.
